Larry brings all of his 30+ years of professional experiences to each of his coaching relationships. As a seasoned senior leader within a variety of high profile companies he has been on the leading edge of change and change management and leadership development and has experienced the politics and pressures of organizational life.

In addition to his coaching and professional work, Larry often appears as a guest lecturer at various universities, teaches within the Continuing and Executive Education programs at the University of British Columbia and is a sought after speaker at international conferences on the use of technology within the Human Resource function.
